Some merchants believe that once they provide Instabill with banking details to where they want to receive payouts, they cannot change their account information again. However, changing your banking details for payouts is a very simple procedure.
Your first step is to email the Instabill Finance Department at finance[at]instabill.com and request a bank account change form. Once you return your bank account change form, an authorized signatory of Instabill must also sign your form.
Within 24 hours, your new banking details will be in effect and Instabill will forward all payouts to your new business bank account.
Our only stipulation is that we are unable to forward approved funds to a personal bank account. This is to ensure that all parties are following anti-money laundering rules and regulations.
