Our merchant account managers – we like to call them consultants, coaches and advisors – are always reachable by phone and live chat Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. US Eastern Time. You may not be speaking to them as often as you did during the setup phase of your merchant account, but they will check in every now and then.
